Marcel is the owner of Nightshift Sounds Entertainment and has been a professional DJ and Emcee since 2004. He has done nearly 1000 weddings, plus countless corporate events, Mardi Gras balls and other special occasions.
Prior to founding Nightshift Sounds Entertainment, Marcel was a professional musician (drummer) and performed with many well-respected local bands. A graduate of LSU, Marcel also played on the drumline of the famed “Golden Band From Tigerland”, one of his proudest accomplishments.
Marcel has shared the stage with such noted entertainers and celebrities as Harry Connick, Jr., Robin Roberts, Dennis Quaid, Rockin' Dopsie, Branford Marsalis, Irma Thomas, and Grammy-award winning composer Bill Conti (Theme from Rocky).
As an Emcee, Marcel has worked with dozens of companies including Keesler FCU, the Biloxi Chamber of Commerce, the American Cancer Society and the Mississippi Humane Society. He has also served as MC for several Mardi Gras krewes.
Marcel’s passion and enthusiasm is still as strong today as it has ever been. As he puts it, "Every event is personal! I want to give my clients the best experience possible and, at the end, have them saying 'WOW! That was awesome!'".

He might have a baby face, but don't let that fool you! Gaetano is a 10-year veteran behind the turntables with hundreds of weddings and other events under his belt.
A native of The Bronx, New York, Gaetano comes from a musical family. His grandfather was a jazz musician and band leader who exposed him to an eclectic variety of music at a very young age. From Country to Classic Rock and Aretha Franklin to ZZ Top, there really isn’t any kind of music he doesn’t know and love.
Gaetano first caught Marcel’s eye at a July 4th party where he showed an interest in the mixing console. The two began talking, and “G”, as he is affectionately known, began queueing up tunes. Marcel was so impressed with his musical taste and diversity that he offered to take him on as an apprentice. The rest, as they say, is history!
G’s boyish good looks, fun dance moves and infectious personality have made him an audience favorite. But more importantly, G is committed to the qualities that have made Nightshift Sounds Entertainment the top DJ service in Mississippi – passion, professionalism, attention to detail and the ability to get a crowd going!

Mike has been a fixture on the Gulf Coast music scene for over twenty years! He is in constant demand for his solo guitar/vocal act and has performed in nearly every venue at every type of event on the Coast and points beyond.
He is an exceptionally talented singer and backing vocalist and has performed with a variety of highly regarded bands throughout the area. And yes, Mike has also worked as a DJ for a variety of events over the years.
His vast and diverse experience, well-rounded knowledge of music, and engaging personality gives him an invaluable edge in being able to read a room and work a crowd. We are beyond excited to have Mike and his talents as part of the team.

Jeff is a DJ's DJ who has done it all from club and bar gigs to drag shows, karaoke and trivia nights, Wrestle-mania, corporate events, and yes, weddings! He got his start in 1999 while still in high school, and I guess you could say he found his niche.
One thing is certain with Jeff, you are guaranteed to have a great time. He's got an innate ability to read a room and work the crowd. He's got an easy and fun demeanor that translates to his music selections, and he's got a knack for calling the right song at just the right time.
Jeff is also a standup comedian! He started his own comedy act, Lunchbox Comedy, and has appeared on some of the biggest stages in the Southeast. You can even catch his quirky sense of humor on Amazon Prime.
If that's not enough, he even has his own podcast show, appropriately titled "The Jeff Vance Show". No one would be surprised if one day Jeff had his own HBO comedy special!
